Installing front wheel on Lifan GRX 200

I just received my new bike. It's a Lifan GRX 200 GALATA. Assembly was not too difficult. However, I have one problem... After installing the front wheel the front disk seems to be rubbing. I do not wish to warp the disk or damage the pads. Does anyone know how to fix this.

Are the axle spacers on the right sides? I don't know if it is possible to do, but it may be that one is slightly longer than the other.

You may want to check your triple clamps. When i got my dirt bike, one of the fork tubes was higher in the clamps than the other tube. If it's an extreme difference, this could cause your wheel to be angled and the brake disc would rub.
