roketa 110cc question

I ahve a 110cc roketa with manual choke, just about brand new. Question I have is when starting when engine cold, it does not want to fire unless I close the air screw.(choke or not) When the engine warms up and you adjust the air screw back out 1 to 1 1/2 turns, it starts great everytime. Any suggestions? I have a new carb coming and can put in. Let me know if you guys have seen this before. Thanks.

First off I would put a new spark plug in it. Could be just that simple. I would also pull the carb and clean the jets with a good carb cleaner...

If you are having to turn the air screw in all the way to get it started odds are the main jet is gummed up....

Hope this helps
