Question Zongshen ZS200 GY oil seals

I have a Zongshen ZS 200 GY 2 and I want to get oil seals for the gear lever, kickstart lever and sprocket spline.

Do you know the sizes or codes for these please?

Welcome!

They're likely the same as a Honda XR200, but you'd need to check the seal markings to be sure. Instead, I take the markings from the seal and buy them at a local bearing shop. Much cheaper, and they're usually in stock.

Your Zongshen ZS200GY-2 uses the same engine parts as the currently manufactured, Yamaha TW200 motorcycle.

The oil seal for the shift shaft is part #7 in the following diagram.

This oil seal is Yamaha part #93102-12321-00.

The oil seal for the countershaft is part #23 in the following diagram.

This oil seal is Yamaha part #93102-22389-00.

The oil seal for the kick start lever is part #10 in the following diagram.

This oil seal is Yamaha part #93102-17263-00.

Measure them... go to somewhere that sells seals/bearings etc...
None of the bike makers make there own seals/bearings
they buy them just like you can...

Apologies... I failed to notice that you said ZS200 GY2; I was thinking of a Honda clone, and not a Yamaha clone. Please follow Spud's guidance if you want to use Yamaha parts.

You can still get the seals at a local bearing shop if you choose.
