I get stuff like that from Plastic Works ( http://www.plasticworks.ca/ ), but perhaps you have a shop like that in your area.

For size, just buy some material that is only slightly larger in diameter than your existing bushing, and file / sand to fit. Drilling a straight hole will be the trick, and would be much easier with a drill press and a jig.

Drill press not a problem. Have a full machine shop of my own I build race cars for fun. I am trying a hockey puck and drilling out a 1"circle from it and using a 1/2"bit in the middle so it should be straight it is being cut at the same time with the same bit will see how that works.

It's a Canadian thing LMAO

Have done Canadian Modifieds and Pro Stocks. Engines are my specialty. Figuring out how to run parts that fit in the gray area of the rules. LMAO

Do you drive as well? Do you run at Cayuga?

I drive the mechanics races. No I do not run at Cayuga. The car runs at Brighton Speedway, Kawartha, and Mosport. It's fun changing from dirt to asphalt setups.

Got the bushings replaced and all is good now.

Gordon, did you take any pics of the bushing replacement process? They might help other riders.

I did not get any pics but I was able to order the bushings by measuring them after getting them out. To get them out was just brute force for the first one with a hammer banging on one bushing forced the opposite side bushing out far enough I could get a pipe wrench on it and turn it until it came completely out. To get the second one out I used a hydraulic jack handle and put it in the swing arm tube until it touched the bushing and used a hammer to smack it out as well.

I then went to http://multinationalparts.com and looked up bushing and matched my size to the proper size on their site. The bushings were $20 plus tax for both. Within two days they delivered right to my door and fit perfectly.

When the bushings arrived it put them back in the swing arm tube with a hammer and a socket that was the size as the outside steel tube of the bushing and then reinstalled swing arm into ATV and adjusted chain tension and then rear axle straightness.

I hope this helps.
