Did you poke right through the rad and then epoxy the switch in place?

Nope, just cleaned off the paint and epoxied direct to the brass per the CX wiki.

What is the purpose of the copper pipe that is to the left of the switch?

Oohhh, so close.

I thought I would mix gas and spark and make noise tonight, but no joy. I was hanging the left header pipe when Mrs. C came into the garage in a lot of pain. She'd had a root canal this afternoon and was a bit out of sorts when I got home but the Novocaine was still working. I guess she went from 'pain in the butt' pain to 'this is serious' pain within a few minutes of the numb juice wearing off.

Needless to say, I stopped working on the bike and got her calmed down with some ice plus Vicodin and an antibiotic from her dentist.

Maybe tomorrow.

After being married for nearly forty years, I finally figured that out.

That was my Plan A.

It failed miserably and expensively.

Plan B is to keep 'Mama' far away...

Harp seal.

Thumbs Up

Looky. It's baaaccckkk. As an added benefit, you can hear cheesy speak.

Cooling fan is dialed in, too. We'll give that a week before I give it a yea or nay.

I'm doing a day job in Atlanta today. The crew here asked if I was Canadian.

15 mile shake down yesterday. All went good. If I can get on this standby flight this afternoon, maybe Mrs. C and I can do a dinner ride. Riding it to work the rest of the week.
