Hey guys new member with big problem

Hi my names Mark I bought my JLA-21B ATV the other day and when I got there the guy said all of a sudden it wont start off the button but will jump start, so jumped it and rode home, I had to keep the revs up as it cut out. anyway got it home and petrol was peeing out of the carb (quite fast) I thought i had flooded it trying to start it on the button, so I drained the carb and turned my fuel back on within a min of not even trying to start it fuel was draining out the carb again (not the drain flow pipe) the filter area and filer its self, Can anybody shine some light on this as I only rode it home and i thought it would be fun owning on not a nightmere lol, would i need to buy a new PZ30 will that salve the problem its a 12 place only under 6 months old very frustrating, am in the liverpool area if anybody is near by

A really good upgrade is a 30mm Mikuni, like this: http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Carburetor-Ca...20c32b&vxp=mtr

Jets are really easy to find for it.
