Moose Season Ride in Idaho

It's Moose Hunting Season in Idaho. I don't have a Moose tag. That is undoubtedly the reason why I saw these two bull moose during a recent ride. :roll:

They dwarf the elk we get in this area!

The weather in the mountains has been good so far, but cold snap anticipated this coming weekend.

Spud is an excellent nature photographer.

Thanks for the kind words, gentlemen.

I was only 30 yards from the first moose, and about 50 yards from the second, larger moose. 8O I am very careful around wild animals, especially large ones.

Therefore, I took a few photographs, mounted up, and rode away to safety.
