El Nino?

Looks like we Northwesterner's may luck out and get a warmer and drier winter than average. :?

I'll believe it when I see it but I may have to delay my plans to cut my wrists in the bathtub. That is my usual winter celebration.

Well, it is currently snowing at my house with about 1/2" on the ground and the weather gods predicted up to 8". I live on Snoqualmie Pass and even though this early snow usually just melts off the snow level is suppose to stay low through next week. Not usually how El Nino is suppose to behave.

It' warmer than normal here in my part of Idaho. Last year the month of November was colder than December! 8O However, the weather is supposed to get cold and rainy the early part of next week. :(

Snoqualmie Pass weather can be a bear Mr. Hyack, although it is one of the most beautiful areas in the country, IMHO. Next summer I'll have to trick you into taking some of us for a dualsport tour of your area. I bet our Southern BC neighbors would love to go also!

Colder than usual here today but not bad. Sunny enough and low 50's. I'm going riding.
