No, I was just saying that I noticed it was the same company. I didn't realize they has more than the single cylinder kit.

I am following the thread on scootdawg where someone is trying it on a 50cc scooter.

Thanks for the link, Allen. The author of that thread states "I have been in contact with Ecotrons and they are sending me a unit to evaluate and I plan on doing a comprehensive writeup of the process." I wonder, how does somebody convince a vendor to send him a free EFI unit to test on a 50cc scooter? 8O

I don't know if it was free or not. I think he paid for it, but part of the deal is some real world data for them.

I once got a free Mikuni to install and evaluate for Gio, but it arrived broken. Since they didn't want to send another, I never moved forward with the evaluation.

I guess $500 isn't too bad a price for two EFI units. However, I am beginning to see why manufacturers charge so much for fuel injected motorcycles. The manufacturers install the EFI, fine tune it, and submit the bike for environmental testing, et cetera, all of which increases their costs. Once again, the fuel injected, high tech, Honda CBR250R is looking like a pretty good deal.
