Ok guys here it is: Please no laughing at me cause this was a lesson learned, and hopefully it will save someone else from making the same silly mistake. Whenever your tearing apart a carb - pay super super attention to detail - I cannot stress this enough. As many of you who have tried to help me with my Problem - it all came down to my own stupid mistake here it is -
First Picture TOP Of Carb ![]() Second Picture Top of Carb Off showing Plunger and Spring ![]() Third Picture showing Plunnger with Spring in proper Place! ![]() Yes I said Proper place. I made the stupid mistake of placing the Spring UNDER The plunger instead of TOP of Plunger - Detail Details Details! With everything back in working order she fired right up just like NEW and Runs like a champ. I am starting another thread detailing todays first ride with pictures and video! Special thanks to all who have tried to help me fix my stupid mistake! Andrew  |

I made a similar mistake while doing brain surgery on some poor guy years ago when I was training in Princeton.
I put the brain in backwards. Got in a lot of trouble until the guy's wife told us she prefered him the new way. :P
