Should be yes - you will need to make a flat bracket to mount to the bar clamps - THAT I cannot get and can't be assed making each time. The clamp for ON the carb is there but not the bracket for at the bars.

Let me know if I am wrong n worst case I need to refund some $
The cable is listed for bikes with the cable mounted to the bar clamps so you will need a flat piece and drill 3 holes etc.

I got your offer for ALL pieces etc so just waiting on address and payment.
