I bought a used TMEC Enduro 200 and rode it for 2 years straight, 12000 miles + of daily commuting. Bought a new one, and within a few months, it died, like when spark plugs get fouled. Only changing the spark plug didn't work. Just so happened, someone from Germany had a similar thing with their Skyteam endure. I pulled out the cdi from my old TMEC, throw it in the new one, and voila! She started right up. I remember people discussing they can be hit or miss--mostly hit, but a few random misses. Excalibur, who used to distribute TMEC in the US, sent me a warranty cdi, which I never opened. Heck, I think I still have it! Let me see if I can dig it out and take a photo. The only issue I think would be trying to find the time to get to the post office while they are open to mail it out to you...

when i ordered my cdi, i got 2 of them from different ebay sellers since they were so cheap, and i thought i would have a spare...

the first one ran, but not quite right. there was definitely something off about it. the second one (the one that just died) started right up and ran great, until the other day.

i would love to see a pic or 2 of your 06 roketa, btw...
if you get a chance.

It really isnt much to look at. For $40 i got a running 200cc, no plastics no fenders, screwed up wireing harness, black gritty oil , tight valves, stearing bearings destroyed. Im following u because i think 05 and 06 ‘s were the same. If you want to explore my adventure with this $40 ahem...gem, searc rehab thread roketa . I like the spider look of your bike.
