Some detail pics:

The numbers are on the CDI. Unfortunatly there is no bulge on the CDI, Spud. I was hoping for an easy relief answer there but not yet. It just looked bulged due to the rubber strap in the 1st picture. I checked the fuse and it was good.

Note the side cover is already 2 piece:
