TBR7 & Mikuni - Access Fuel/Air Screw

Hi All! Hoping someone can help. I have a 2020 TBR7 and I swapped out the stock carb with a Hwbnde VM26 Mikuni clone. I got a jet kit and can't remember exactly what I have in there.....but I am in Denver and looked at a bunch of the charts listed and went with that setup.

Long story short - bike runs well at slower speeds, but once you get up to like 45-50 it cuts out. Not sure what is up. I thought it might not be breathing, so I added a Uni foam air filer, set the idle, but I can't get to the damn fuel/air screw on the bottom of the carb! I just took it out hoping it might be good with the new air filter.....but hope is not a strategy and it is doing the same.

I would like to get to the fuel/air screw to make sure that it is dialed in....but there is not a lot of room and a lot of things that want to burn me, even in gloves! I tried a Z-shaped screwdriver....I tried putting a small screwdriver head in a socket.....I tried my mini screwdriver - I just can't get on it.

Is there a trick? Can anybody share? I'd love to be able to sort this myself, as it literally only has like 55 miles on it and all I want to use it for is to run shuttle when we go rafting......but I need it to run. Appreciate any help or suggestions. Thanks - Nehrke
