Baja Wd250u atv carb issues

So I have a 09 Baja wd250u atv which has seen very little use. Only has 180km on it. Bought it second hand off an older guy who used it on a farm for a year then parked it. Upon bringing it home it ran ok but was very "boggy" when accelerating but was driveba. Did a tuneup on it, Oil change, spark plug, carb clean. Since then the atv runs even worse now. It'll fire up and idle but second I give it gas it sputter and stalls. I'm thinking it's the carb giving me issues still... Does anyone know where I can find replacement car for these machines here in canada? Or even a similar car off a known name brand atv that will interchange with the Baja? I think the Baja is a clone of the Yamaha bear tracker 250 from what I've seen.. Could be wrong.

When I disassembled the carb I noticed there was one port in the bowl that had a plastic cap plugging it. Stupid me ended up removing this cap and breaking it. It's the only thing I can think of that causing the issue.
