RX3 Fork Upgrade with Adjustable Damping 2016 Forks on 2015

I’m upgrading the forks on my 2015 to:

https://store.cscmotorcycles.com/LEF...-p/z45-110.htm

The forks on my 2015 have developed leaking seals at about 12k mileage. To fair I’ve push them through pretty rough muddy terrain. I realize just replacing seals is the cheaper option but I’ve got limited garage time between now and the next planned ride and figured I would just swap them for 2016 forks.

What is the general consensus on the the 16 forks adjustability?
Should I immediately replace the oil with Bell Ray 10w fork oil?
