Hawk 250 has difficulty rolling in neutral

So I feel like I might have screwed something up.
Today I was attempting to change out my sprockets, failed and ended up having to put in my original sprockets back in (tipped over my bike in the process and took off the tip of the brake lever

)
When I put everything back together, I realized that my bike was really hard to push around in neutral and I would hear a clicking or ticking sound as well.
Did I over tighten my axle nut? Any ideas would be appreciated for this utter newbie.
