It is the Arcimoto 3 wheel EV, made in Oregon. Arcimoto calls it a Fun Utility Vehicle (FUV). It comes with a roof. Doors are optional. It is being delivered to customers as we speak. More at the link.
-I could totally do my current commute in the Arcimoto. I currently commute by motor scooter on nice days but the Arcimoto be used on days with light rain.
-The similar Electra Meccanica Solo went on sale in Brittish Columbia last year. It provides more weather protection than the Arcimoto, but has less passenger space.
