Replaced the restrictive block on the end of the baffle with stainless screen. This should help breathing and still pass the Rangers coat hanger test for a spark arrestor.
Without actually running the numbers I venture to guess that the holes in total give more than 300% area than the i.d. of the pipe, so not really restricted even with the plug.
