Changed Rear Tire: Saddle Height is Too High

Original tire 130/90-15 and 130/70-17 is same in diameter.i used my bike about 4000 miles and changed my rear tire with 17 inch rim.i used a 130/80-17 k761 on rear.it changed the driving geometry of the bike. The rear is about 1.7 cm taller now.And the rear suspension has less working area that isn't better like 130/90-15 original Rx3.
I need some help. Do i have to use a lowering link? Or do i have to higher the front suspension.?
