needing advice on buying a bike maxfine 150

Wanting to start riding. Looking for a bike around $500 preferably dual sport. Plan is to ride some dirt trails while learning, then getting license and begin riding on the street. (small town in the texas hill country ) not lots of traffic. Also taking some little outings on county res around with speed limits at 55. Found a 2004 Maxfine 150n for $700 . Would enjoy any information on the bike.
If you have one of these what are the pro's and cons.
