My Rebel T3 start but stalls at idle

When i start my Rebel T3, i need to give the engine a gas by hold the throttle. If i release gas, my Rebel stall.

I check my battery voltage is 12.44 volt,
I charge the battery with an external charger and with jumper cables,
I verify my choke,
I change CDI,
I change carburator,
I verify my gas filter and gas lines,
I check if i have spark on my spark plug and it's Ok,

And sometimes he doesn't start until i use jumper cablers.
