Glad to see you are still going strong with this bike. As far as the airbox nuts/bolts coming loose, have you tried replacing them with Nylock nuts?

@megadan bike is running very good and became more and more fun as I get used to ride it more... about the air box.. sir the box is made of a very poor qaulity plastic, even though the filter inside is a twinair good qauilty one, but the air box it self is so low that I used a normal nut and put some loctite on it, while i was tighting it with the box broke even it was not fully tight...
I have reported this to the supplier and he said he will raise this when go to china, for now i got it repaired by a local fabricator, but till it does not seals properly and takes dustfrom sleaves..

Yeah, I bet that was a blast! That's what the bike was built for.

You have to build up to jumps and such. Proper knobbies also make a big difference with that kind of riding.
Imagine how sore you would be if you did some of those jumps lol.

@nika my highest fear was that I had to keep the maintainance to a motocorss level or the bike would one day die on me...
when I talked to there facebook account messeger they assured me that if I keep the oil change interval to 1000km~1500 km depending on how dust and abusive the ride was... its all ok... who ever was on that messenger said i should not worry so I took the risk and started changing oils after 1000km so after that its what I followed and its fine so far.. it seems like its a detuned engine to stay fine with more kilo meters in favor of may be couple of horses... but thats good... I heard the new CRF450 the road legal one is hardly 27ish horses that was shock to me... but I assume they detuned it for longer life probably... bte this is the 3rd year for bike now... so far no work came out of bike to be addressed... other then what I screwed my self by throwing it my self... you may watch this video me going down some ~60+ into a sand ditch in river bed.. lol https://www.facebook.com/uzair82/vid...6747695540803/

They didn't really detune it in terms of power, they re-tuned it to deliver the power differently. It delivers more torque sooner in the RPM range, and also has a heavier crank and flywheel to deliver the power more smoothly and predictably than the 450X engine, which is a race motor. The 450L is still a mean and powerful machine though, and can still catch the inexperienced off guard.

hp specs link# https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_CRF450L there motocross recent models with tuneups go at whooping 60 horses but maintiance interval for each race... Quote:

well u see wikipedia link says other wise, I want to read a bit more about it ... plesae do share me refernce where they actually checked or if Honda official annouced its HPs..
nonetheless I am pretty damn sure if detuned asia wing claims 40+ hps and new NC450 Dirt Bike T6 450 is also 40+ Hps then actuall honda must not feel any pain providing 40 horses... so I really want to read about it... what Honda is cookin.. becuase I know Honda is always ahead of the curve... so they know what they are doin... and its always increase of knowledge why and how they did it.. the new T6 which i stumbled upon is a dirt bike powered with NC450 and has 40.2~ HPs claim... http://www.kayomoto.com/dirt-bike/html/204.html but as usual very poor online information availablity other then this link,,, i found for it..
