Current progress of my hawk supermoto project.

So far I have both rims and tires on. However, the final fitment is not nearly done, due to the fact that heavy duty washers are being used as axle spacers.

The promised installation video will be released soon on youtube.

Looking good! I'd like to take a SM like that for a rip!

A few things to be concerned about, the front tire looks like it's rubbing on the bracket mount areas on the front forks and how will you know if you are doing the correct speed on it? Does the Trailtech device have an adjustment for it? Also the rear brakes have to be fabbed and rotor trimmed I believe, but what about the front wheel caliper? If you could stand the bike upright and measure the seat height also? I imagine it should make the bike a lot lower that way also due to the smaller rims?

The Trail Tech computers are calibrated by user input of the circumference of the wheel.

The tire is not rubbing whataoever, as well as the trail computer is already calibrated for the ninja rims. I will make sure to keep you guys posted. Currently I am waiting for a 520 chain to arrive.
