Trying for a Vermont title in Kansas?
I bought a 2007 roketa 200cc enduro recently. When i bought it i was just going to use it as a dirtbike so I didnt care that the guy had no title . He said he took it down to the dmv and they told him he couldnt tag it with no title. But they also told him the bike has never been registered anywhere. My question is am i SOL on a vermont tag because i just have a bill of sale and no Manufacturer of origin papers?

All you need is the bill of sale.

For the Vermont registration you just need a bill of sale and then fill out the Vermont application. Send some more with it. No title or certificate of origin needed.
The best thing to do is to call to Vermont and ask how much the tax will be. They will give you the correct amount to send in. From what we have seen you will get a plate in the mail followed by the registration.

Here is the thread. We have had one member try it and was successful on the first try.

Welcome Beltfedanger!
Please let us know the outcome. I originally found the Vermont solution on another bike forum, and several members there were successful.

The green is more stylish than Kansas blue plates.
