looking for possilbe fits 167fmm (250) header
Some may remember ,I installed a 167fmm in my Viva and the exhaust pipe flange does not fit correctly . I Am looking for a front pipe (header to fix this . It has not been a problem ,i just don't like seeing it this way

Is it fitting properly into the muffler pipe? From the second pic, it looks a little misaligned.
Do you have access to a MIG welder? You could not only correct the clamp so that it mates with the head, you could also eliminate that awful catalytic converter. I've seen how restrictive they are inside, and that honeycomb is a serious restriction.

On second thought, if you cut the pipe right at the cat, you could slip the exisiting clamp off and slide the proper clamp on (once we find one). it would then be a matter of eliminating the cat and welding the pipe back together.

Now that i think of it ,didn't Saga have a 250 in a gy-2 lifaniod style frame ? there is a gio/Xmotos exhaust on ebay ,But the frame is a bit different . that would be a 70 buck cross my fingers.

The seller isn't indicating the stud spacing at the clamp, only the stud diameter. On that note, what is the stud spacing and diameter on your engine?

I just took a measurement of stud spacing . old engine 163fml 6mm studs 53-54 mm spacing . current engine 167fmm 8mm studs 59mm spacing . these are kinda rough measurements ,looks like its time for a visit to the eye doctor :(

On the new engine, is the 59mm stud spacing center to center?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/200621582827...S:3160&vxp=mtr I have this coming from Ebay Seller gave a measurement tha equates to 61 mm . I'll see if i can fit it or modify to fit or list back on ebay.
