Is this a Taotao TBR7 brother?

Can anybody tell me if the bike on Power-sports-max website, called an MC-T30 250 is the precursor to the TBR7...the graphics definitively say "Taotao", but I can't read the rest of it.
The pre-order sales price is $1049.95 plus FREE shipping! Sounds like it's too good to be true...and it comes in WHITE!

AHA! After looking closely at the graphics, it looks like it says "TAO MOTOR" -for what it's worth...also it does say $279 for shipping at the bottom, so....hmmm?

Yep, I finally was able to compare it to others! Thanks anyhoo!

I did email killer motorsports to see if they would send me a VIN to check with the DMV here in Colorado if they're legal...see how that goes! The reason I like the TBR7 so much is that it is just like the Hawk and apparently is legal in 49 states, so they say...as the Hawk is just a paperweight in the driveway here!

Update...I shot Powersportsmax an email asking for a sample VIN# and they responded (impressively quickly I might add) that they cannot release VIN#'s but the (DUH) manufacturer is a Taotao! SO.....can someone out there in China-riders world send me a VIN#? You can obviously replace the last 4 numbers with xxxx for your security.

Thanks everyone! Stew
