Size of bolt for changing oil & best dual sport tire option

looking for bolt size to change oil on rx250 had the wrench that the bike came with lost it though what socket will fit the bolt to let out the oil ... also would like to know whats the best tire options for this bike appreciate your guys help

if it'a honda copy..
12mm or 24mm depending if it's a side or bottom
drain bolt/plug..

don't know the bike...what size wheels has it got..

Pretty sure this will do it as well as valve covers
