That right there is a sweet, old school China bike! Nice job!
To me, that's still the BEST rear rack on a CB, ever.

Yea,, She's 100% nicer than when I bought it a year and a Half ago.. removed all the staples from the plastics... and many other problems fixed... she's almost like new now... going to buy some tires next year.. I may even have my seat re-cushioned too... make it softer... and she starts up everytime the first time... Very fun bike...

I don't see anything that looks familiar on that bike, I'd like a close look and maybe a ride myself. enjoy it this spring.

Looks like you did a great job cleaning her up. Now all you need is some nice weather to get out and enjoy her.

Yea?? Looks good for a 12 to a 13 year old bike .. But if you need a closer look and a ride... I can ride it to Texas... it may take 2 or 3 weeks to get there... I have no tags on it.. and the cops will be chasing me.. LOL but she is really a nice riding bike and a a nice looking bike.. and is well maintained now... I may change up the sprockets and chain next year... but we will see....

Really nice example of a Roketa; mine was abused by drunken seniors on the beaches of Mexico. I've never seen one with intact fenders and headlight fairing.

Yea.. When I bought it I too was surprised the fenders came with it.. as you know many bikes the fenders are broke and never replaced.. or they took them off and lost them.. by the time we get them they are torn up.. but I have my work cut out for me... and many problems trying to get this back to new condition... and I have new parts I ordered that did not fit.. and keeping them just in case someone here needs them... these bikes are really nice despite what others say on other forums... they are really nice... love the luggage rack... can hold a lot of things... all the plastic and headlight fairing is sporty too... new speedometer head... has 4 miles on it... new gear shifter indicator on it.. new counter and new speed cable... and many other new parts.. runs well.. and quiet as well... Can't wait to ride it next spring... but I will start her once a week during the winter... keep all the fluids going...

Wheel spinner, my Roketa had a plastic tank with a really long petcock, so that it could be accessed through the hole in the side of the tank cover. It looks like yours is similar; does it have that setup?
The reason I ask is that the two nuts that are embedded in the underside of the tank for mounting the petcock pulled out on mine. The valve is not well supported, given the length. I ended up using epoxy on the nuts to hold them, then switched to a shorter petcock (I removed the tank cover). If you choose to swap to a shorter petcock, you could always trim the window to suit. It beats gas leaking onto a hot engine.

Hey Weld... Yea, I do have the long tube to my petcock on the bottom left corner... I had to replace it because the shut of valve broke... so I really wasn't able to shut the fuel off.... I pulled it off while waiting for the correct throttle cable to come in... and it does have the 2 nuts on it... what I don't like about it is that the valve faces the side and the fuel line hook up is facing the front of the bike... so I had to turn the petcock around so the valve faces the front of the bike and the fuel line faces the rear of the bike... Yea, and it doesn't take much for it to start leaking... Had that happen too... I think the same set up..
