200gy speedometer replacement

I've got a broken speedometer and a missing cable housing for my 2004 Kpx z200, (ZS200 GYA) any ideas for replacements? Not concerned about brand or bike it's from. Picture attached is what my current speedometer looks like, but it's in MPH. Thanks all!

Why not try a universal speedo/tach: http://chinariders.net/showthread.php?t=19680 Another trick is stick a black electrical PVC tape in that fuel level display...

I wanted to avoid those universal speedometers as they seem complicated and unclear in their instructions. Have many people had luck with and currently use any of these? I'll take recommendations and look into it

I'm using one on my Lifan 200. No problems once I figured out the magnets only work in one direction and it's trial and error to figure out which. It's switchable between Km and MPH.

I guess it comes down to how much you are willing to spend.

Trail Tech makes universal versions of all the guages it sells. They can also be wired in for permanent power, and you can go anywhere from $80 and up. The Striker and Endurance even have a "dash" kit that adds the indicator, neutral, etc. lights.

Then there is genuine Koso gauges. The DB01R is a nice compact unit that has all of the basic functions built in and is usually around $170. Like most universal gauges you will have to sort out the speedo and other wiring.

From that point, Koso gauges start getting much more expenive, but they are built very well.

You can always get a knock off Koso gauge, but they are notorious for not lasting very long or working correctly.

The Gauge options like the one linked above you to are generally hit or miss. Some work well for a long time, and others report them failing within weeks/months. Reading reviews on them is definitely a good idea.
