All over Mt. Rainier

So to escape all the U.S. election B.S. I jumped on my moto at 8:30am and got home at 5pm after putting in 200+ miles with tons of dirt at Mt. Rainier in Washington State. What a beautiful day...hope it's not ruined by looking at the news.

Thanks for the memories, I did the same run in August, but on my Valkyrie. I am surprised not to see some snowfall on the slopes.

Rainier is my old stomping grounds. What a beautiful area.

Cheers,

Rainier is such a beautiful place. It's much like Baker, which is my backyard playground.

I've both done skiing and bicycling at baker many times. Went to college back in the day at Western Washington University. The last 3 miles up to artist point and the top are some of the prettiest scenery I have ever witnessed.

I'm with you on that. Mrs. Weldangrind and I routinely camp at Silver Lake, and we invariably drive up to Baker for a hike.
