2009 MDL 200GY Starter Question

Howdy, all! I found a 2009 MDL 200gy(163fml, Yamoto rebadge?) with 2.4km, for $300 . I convinced a good friend to buy it, so I'd have a riding buddy. He'll be joining later today, I just want to get the ball rolling. Here's the issue:

The gear behind the stator, which meshes with the reduction gears for the starter, stripped a bunch of teeth. This caused a massive failure, so we received the bike with the reduction gears missing. I need to order new reduction gears, knowing only the number of teeth on the stripped sprag gear. Fifty-seven teeth on the broken sprag. We can kick start it for now, but that's one angry kickstarter!
