Short person bike???

So i ordered 2 Hawks today. A buddy is going to pick up one of them and his wife wants to ride too. Problem is she is 4'10" and would NEVER be able to ride a Hawk. Seems there is nothing in between though. Only little pit bikes or big dual sports. What would be perfect is one like the bike i had as a kid. It was a street legal Yamaha 80 Enduro. Had decent size tires, not these tiny pit bike tires and would do 50 on the road but was great off road. Any ideas????
