LF200GY-5 Sprockets?

Hello,

So after recently being sent the incorrect sprockets for my LF200GY-5 ENDURO
I'm curious if there are other motorcycles that used the same sprockets, so I can take matters into my own hands.

Any advice is appreciated. I have seen a forum on here about conversions, but I would love to hear some proven first hand experiences with this.

Additional details:

The rear is a four bolt pattern and does have a Cush drive.

The front should be a JTF 1264.17 and the rear a JTR 269.46.

Regarding conversions, I would never convert this bike to a 520 chain; I've had excellent results with quality 428 chain.
