Finally got the Magician running!

So i finally had time to get the magician running. ( Thanks Hurricane Harvey /s)
my only issue is the speedometer isnt working at all. is there some special trick to mounting it? Ive been able to take it around the neighborhood but id like to have it all ready to go. Any help would be appreciated!

mine came new not working. i looked at it and noticed the 4 teeth on the rim that grabs the gear on the speedomter were chipped off and the speedo teeth were bent. this may be from over tightening the axle bolt but i would say its more poor design and or quality. Well i didn't give up on it. i cleaned out the metal bits and tested my speedo gauge and cable with a drill. (unscrew the gear at the wheel from the cable and put it on a drill (spinning in the right direction) to be sure the gauge and cable work. then used a dremmel tool to make some teeth on the rim and bent back out the gear teeth. packet it with grease and reassembled it. worked for a while but took to much damage from the metal bits so i ordered a new one. its not here yet but i believe it will fit.

heres a link to the amazon page i bought it on. ill let you know if it works on the magician.

when mounting it dont over tighten the axle bolt, put some grease in it and make sure the gears in the speedo dont lay on top of the teeth on the rim.
