New Titan owner
I am waiting on my new Titan DLX to be delivered right now. I ordered it directly from xpro USA instead of the usual sources. Fingers crossed everything goes smoothly.
The plan is to keep it stock for as long as possible before I start ripping it apart. Might only be stock for a day or maybe several months, I guess we will see how it rides in stock form. I will mostly be using it for single track trails so everything will be done with that in mind. It would be nice if I could get it street legal in Ma but that may be an impossible task. |

Congrats on the new bike! Let us know what is on the MCO ('Motorcycle' or 'Dirt Bike'). Does MA allow people to convert dirt bikes to street legal? I am guessing 'no' as it seems most east coast states have closed that loophole.

From the one on Amazon
https://www.amazon.com/X-PRO-Pitbike...08DXD2FS9?th=1 "-PRO Titan DLX 250cc Dirt Bike. Please Noted this bike cannot be sold to California.***Kindly be aware that the Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) and Bill of Sale paperwork will be sent to you by separate mail." So why can't it be tagged in MA? |

This bike is technically certified via the EPA as an 'Off-road dirtbike' as listed on their 'Offroad' spreadsheet. I am guessing that MA is stricter than other states when it comes to tagging offroad motorcycles converted to street use, if they even allow it.

Ma depends on what the mco states. If it says dirt bike I'm out of luck. If it says motorcycle then happy days. Reading various forums about these bikes it seems they could be listed either way depending on the seller.
Vt might be willing to register it though then I can apply for an Ma title. Plenty of people around here do that, including my self. |
