200gy-2 06' Propane/NG/LP conversion

Hello!

Spud had requested that i post my experiments converting the 200gy-2 into a tri fuel machine,

Also, i should mention, my 200gy-2 is more yamaha then zong, every part that has been replaced has been with yamaha parts, and no offense to zongshen, but they are higher quality in my experince

Allrighty, i'm basically just starting off this thread for now, currently i'm saving money for an on demand regulator, it would be the last part to make this system practical, HOWEVER, i did create a venturi from a brass jet, drilled a 5/32 hole bypassing the gasoline carburator, then just threaded the modified jet-venturi and i'm gonna add a little high temp rtv to the connection just to be sure. ( so it can still be used, also dont try injecting propane though the 2stroke oil injection port on the bw200 carb that is cheap and works on our engines (currently i'm trying to get my hands on a mikuni flatslide, 28mm if anyone has a spare to sell (hell or donate, my plans for the carb are to install 2 npt ports that inject directly into the carb without disturbing the gasoline functionality.

i also have some autocad models drawn up for what i'm just gonna call for now the "gas injection manifold"

anyway pictures and a running vid! and before every one asks....i'm 25, and i own a condo in the complex and had asked my surrounding neighbors for permission, if you cant tell i'm in need of cylinder head. my studs are stuck, cant get them off, they are too stripped to get the exhaust on, so yes, was pretty loud, kind of difficult to tune to idle ( no way i can get it to move on throttle with out a demand regulator, saving up for one of them too...

EDIT: give me a few on the media, i've been up for literally 3 days,

I have a bunch of projects going, with every body i know trying to convince me not to continue, but i have to finish.

TRI-Gas 200gy-2
propane/nitrous injected kx125 with kd200 motor
practical and safe HHO system for small engines, if anyone would like to help i'd never say no!

allright...lemme rest before i upload this video (200gy-2 idling on propane)
