Engine wiring

Hey everyone,

I’ve been working on this bike for over a year now and recently got the starter going am excited to get the bike running. But, I have run into a problem and am hoping some of you can help me. There is 5 wires coming from the engine they are 2 white 1 wht/red 1 blk/red and the last one is blk. I have a plug to put the wires into but don’t know what the configuration is. I was wondering if anyone can help me please. Ill try to upload pictures of the wires and the male plug.

Thank you so much in advance.

The 5 are gear indicator wires
Not needed if you don’t have an led or display for it

Oh that big plug?!
That’s stator n pick up wires
Yellow is 2 stator coil pink is another
Blue/white is ign pick up coil +
Green white ign pick up coil -
Black/red strip should be the AC power feed to CDI only when using an AC CDI or ignore if using a DC cdi

Hey Nz

I actually need to know the ones without the plug correspond to the wires on the plug. ( the plug is from the harness the wires that are by themselves are coming from the engine I believe the stator.) I was hoping someone might have the same bike and be able to show me their connector setup coming from their engine.

Crank and test AC volts from each wire
Stator charge is about 30v AC
CDI power is about 70V AC
Then 50/50 change right on pick up coil or trace wires n find + which should be blue/white
Green or green/white is earth
