has anyone else used a performance cdi

I'm curious about this mod, is it worth it ? I'm not looking to break speed barriers but would always like to get going quicker!

I'm interested as well, but am waiting to see how it affects other users long term engine life...

It is a good product, but dont expect miracles if that is your only mod.

Where things start to come together is when a number of mods combine their effects.

Ob1. Please specify the make/model for us. I am thinking of giving one a try too. Along with a UNI filter and maybe a better exhaust later.

I want to be able to pull some of the hills without dropping below 50mph.

I also have done the air box exhaust and jetted the carb accordingly, that in itself was a big improvement, what model did you use and or recomend?

slimjim What make / model did you order?

Mine is an older one made by White Brothers, made to fit the Honda bikes with 2 connectors {4 pin and 2 pin}. Not sure they make them anymore.

Since I used the Honda OE wiring harness, it was plug-n-play
