Apollo 250 gas tank?

I've been reading the recent threads and looking at the pictures from fellows with the Apollo 250 with the "perimeter" style frame.

It looks like they use a similar style "perimeter" frame as my Baja X250, rather than a 'backbone' style frame.

My Baja X250 has a 0.8 gallon gas tank and the specs say the Apollo 250 has a 8-liter (2.1-gallon) tank. I'd love to upgrade to the larger tank but I'm having a heck of a time finding a replacement Apollo 250 tank. The Apollo seems to be the only suitable replacement - those backbone-style tanks aren't the same at all.

Anyone have a spare Apollo 250 perimeter style tank? Or, anyone have a line or source for one?

Thanks,

Kirk

Well, if it's the model with the perimeter style frame, I'd sure be interested in the tank!

I will try and post pictures by the weekend. I picked up another Husky and I need to get it road worthy first, before I get on the 250 project.

Any word on parting out your Apollo? Got any pix of the Apollo? Nice-looking Husky anyway.
