What Year Model?

Don't know what year model my new Hawk is but I noticed from looking at the assembly videos out there the manufacturer is completing things that use to completed by the user. All the cconnections under the top of the tree are already plugged in. The switch is already fastened. Speedo cable was connected. There were a few other things I forgot. I know these are minor but its good to know the manufacturer are looking at things that helps assembly. So I think that's really cool. Also I Loctite everything I saw. Engine fastners were torqued really well and the frame fasteners were seriously torqued. I didn't touch those either. You hear people saying how shotty Chinese manufacturing is. I don't see it with the Hawk. I am very impressed.

I don't have it completely assembled but I will. Thanks.I am thinking it's a 2018 or 2017. Was wondering if there is a tag on the bike or maybe from the VIN.Waiting for the paper work for a tag would think it will be in there but who knows.Does it really matter? Probably not.

The engine will have a tag stating when the engine was manufactured. If you just purchased it , more than likely it's a 2018. The MCO should have the year model.

The 10th digit of the VIN is the model year.
