ignition replacement, underside Alan keys stripped

trying to replace my ignition but the underside alan keys have started to strip/ pretty sure i can do the ig swap but how should i get these bolts out. mind you all the wiring is there headlights already off, my best idea was to get as step bit in reverse of my impact and see if i can back them out lol? any better ideass?

Just grind the bolt heads off with a Dremel or whatever. No part of those bolts apply any force or friction to anything other than the undersides of the heads. If you're replacing the cylinder anyway you can leave whatever stumps of the bolt shanks are left in the old one when you throw it away.

If you have room to drive in a slightly larger star bit, just make sure you tap it in good.
