50cc gio not starting

my carb starting leaking gas so i took it apart and bent the fork arms a bit. it was still leaking gas so i pulled it out again and bent it a bit more. now it wont start. i've pulled at least 100 times and it wont start no matter what. whats wrong?

I would have cleaned the needle and seat first before bending the float arms, usually a bit of crap gets into the needle and seat and then the gas will keep flowing into the bowl and out the overflow, i'd bend the arms back to original.
