Anybody knows where this socket belongs?

Does anybody know what this is for?

It looks like one that should be connected to bottom of fuel tank. Did you recently have your tank lifted up to do valves? Does bike run with it unplugged? rj

Yes it runs without it unplugged.No i didn't do anything . İ saw it yesterday .there is no problem with the bike .it runs like always do.

looks like your bike is carburated from the pic. maybe its pre wired for fuel injection. just not programed for it.

I have this spare connector on my bike (UK) but I don't think the RX3 in the USA has it.

A while back I did a little digging to try and find out its purpose .

I think it was to power a fuel shut-off solenoid, this would then be connected to a " tip-over " sensor via the ECU.

For some reason Zongshen decided not to fit this system.

This was my best guess after looking at the circuit diagram.

Yes my bike is pre-model .it is 2015 model but has not same specs as Csc's Rx3 . Your guess is right ''katflap''.
