No spark Boom Vader

So I just figured out that I had a bad wire in the harness for my tach, and when I replaced the wire both my tach and kill switch started working normally (the kill switch didn't do anything before). It ran well for a few minutes, but when I turned it off then back on again, it cranks over but won't start. I have no visible spark at the plug now. I tested the continuity of the kill switch, and the resistance of the ignition coil, and both seem normal. The continuity of the wires between the coil and the cdi seem ok too. It's possible I messed up another wire when moving around the harness, but I'm not sure what else to test...any help from the gurus here would be greatly appreciated!

Go through all your connectors and make sure all the pins are seated all the way. I've had that happen on my Hawk. One of the pins eventually vibrated far enough out to kill the power.

Thanks for the suggestion. I wen through every wire individually to be sure it was pushed in to the harness, but no luck. They all seemed well seated and the bike still won't start. I'm trying to check continuity on every wire in the harness, but the some of the colors on one end don't seem to have counterparts on the other...It seems like this has to be a wiring issue, as it worked fine before I played with the wiring to fix the tach. At least I hope it is...not sure what to do next...

So, if I have power to the cdi but not to the ignition coil, might that indicate a bad cdi?

Contact Pete at Kronik Racing. He knows his way around the Baodiao/Boom 125 engines (and Baodiao/bikes) and has all the parts for them. He goes directly to Boom's warehouse a few days a week, so if he doesn't have the part in stock, he can get it. But, he should be able to diagnose and troubleshoot any issues. https://www.kronikracing.com/boom-vader-125-10.html

Thanks for the advice! I finally got it running. I turns out there were a couple of broken wires...inside the harness. I took the harness off, cut it open, and traced all the wires. Turns out the tach/kill switch wire and an ignition wire were both broken. I also fixed my broken left turn signal indicator by pushing the turn signal wire further into the harness that plugs directly into the gauge cluster. Maybe this can help somebody in the future...
