good off brand dirtbikes in the states
looking into getting a dirtbike to learn how to ride a bike. but cant afford a name brand one, so if any one knows of a good, reliable, off brand version here in the states i would love to know..
budget is 1000 maybe 1400 but still got to have time to save up for it.. i hate dipping into my real savings account.. got the whole nest egg thing trying to get built up |

You could find a decent dual sport for that price. After playing in the dirt, you could plate it and ride it on the road. A few members here have offered them for sale.

If you stay pure dirt, I would look up an X-Moto's dealer in the US. Bound to be one somewhere.
The reason I say that is all the Gio dirtbikes are now made by X-Motos, and they look cool. This way you know you at least have a back up parts supplier too. ...but I'd find a used (or new) Zong is the US as W&G suggested, that way it can graduate to the road when you're ready without much trouble. |
