Parts Suppliers

So where can you buy parts from a reputable company?
I have tried 3 different places and they all basically said that they don't have anyone to speak with about parts that can answer questions. They don't answer their phones or return calls. I left a message & e-mailed Partskit.com Friday and still no responce. Call me old but if you want me to spend my money with your company then answer my questions please. SMH
