Clutch spring bolt?not engaging
For the life of me i can't remember if there is meant to be a spring that goes in before the clutch bolt & basket???
Common sense tells me yes but i can't remember seeing one come out? Im getting no clutch action like it's not engaging Last edited by b44; 06-12-2017 at 11:46 AM. |

As far as i know, everything is exactly like the diagram, however No:15 in clutch assembly is got me baffled? Is that part sitting inside clutch basket center or is it separate gear that goes on before basket?
It feels like the spindle that rotates is not even touching the middle centre cam |

Clutch pressure plate
Ok so i have drama with pressure plate, :when tightening bolts up i screw them right in,but then the plate sits to far in and the actuating clutch spindle doesn't engage, when i undo bolts so pressure plate sits out it engages ok,:however the bolts are pretty loose?
Have i missed something here? Doing my bloody head in |
