Springs on Tao Tao 110

Anyone happen to know what the spring rate is that comes on the stock spring rod suspension? I’ve found lots of shocks that will fit but they range from 250lbs to 1200lbs

Has anyone had a problem with the clutch not engaging after new one has been installed???
I put it all back together hooked up my clutch cable and nothing.it’s as if I need to replace the clutch cable with a shorter one. All the pins line up and I get some resistance by moving the lever manually but not much.
I’m baffled , any help is appreciated.
Thank you,
John
