i got a helix 150 atv and it needs a new motor. Problem im having is the denili motor has a bottom mount in the front and all i can find are top mount motors. It looks like the 49cc motors are bottom mount but i bet those are weak. I live in west virginia so the 49 isnt an option. the atv looks like new but the motor is locked up full of water. maybe a rebuild kit for a newer gy6? Or a motor mount for this swap? All help appreciated thanks.

If its hydrolocked, couldn't you take out the spark plugs, turn it on so it is turning over, and the water will spurt out of the hole that the spark plugs were in? Something like this:
